A place is only the beginning
Place Morphing explores how a space might become a more active participant in our everyday lives. Instead of seeing a place as a still image or a silent object, we imagine it as something closer to an organism: responsive, expressive and able to interact with us at every step.
Our aim is to create environments that invite curiosity, participation and movement. Through playful interaction and innovative thinking, we explore how technology, design and public space can work together to make places feel more alive.
We are interested in working with people and institutions that want to experiment with new ways of engaging people. Together, we can imagine places that do not simply surround us, but respond to us, communicate with us and evolve with the people who use them.
The Founder
I have always believed that spaces can be more flexible, responsive and helpful.
The idea behind Place Morphing appeared several times throughout my previous work, almost instinctively. I kept returning to the possibility that our surroundings could do more than simply exist around us. Over time, that recurring idea developed into Place Morphing.
